Calorie Countdown - weekend edition

Saturday - less protein and more carbs/fat than I generally prefer, but I am having a vegan lunch and 2 glasses of chocolate milk today, so what do I expect (I made my own chocolate sauce from dark chocolate and cream, am keeping it in the fridge and using it for my mootopia - don't judge too harshly, I don't use much at all and its not even sweet hardly at all - I just really want chocolate lately)

B - 16oz mootopia, 1 tsp chocolate sauce

S - 1/2 snickerdoodle (ok judge harshly)

L - 1/2 vegetarian burrito bol from chipotle (rice, black beans, peppers and onions, corn salsa, tomato salsa, cheese, and guacomole)

D - 2 servinges polish sausage, grilled peppers and onions, 1/2 serving brown rice

S - 16oz mootopia, 1 tsp chocolate sauce

Calories - 1350
Fat - 59g
Protein - 78g
Carbs - 116g (16 from fiber)

Yesterday ended up being bad - I ate maybe 600cal tops and not enough protein (although that was the reason for the chocolate milk creation) My meal plan was out the window completely. I went to sleep when I got home, woke up later, had some hot chocolate and went back to sleep.

B - 1/4c yogurt with 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (16 gms)
S - 1/2 IDS Whey Bullett (21 gms)
L - 1/4c Egg Salad (14 gms)
S-  1/2 IDS Whey Bullet (21 gms)
D - 1/4c Chicken 1/4c Green Beans (14)
S- Pumpkin Dessert Mixed with Ricotta (14gms)

Wow, you are really eating a nice variety. Way to go.

B - BREWED coffee w/ plastic milk (Bcw/pm), SF oatmeal, 1 sechel pear
S - Bcw/pm + 1/2 MF Dutch chocolate
L - MF chicken & rice soup w/ chopped onion & celery added
S - ??
D - Glad I decided to plan this now, as we will be watching the PSU game during cooking & dinner.

Homemade Low carb meatloaf - lean ground turkey, 4 slices WW bread wizzed up in the FP, chopped onion, egg whites from carton, oregano, thyme
Roasted carrots, onion, pepper, yam, red potato (cooked w/ meatloaf)

The only thing that has made me nauseous (sp!) is canned chicken.  I am following the list they gave me and wed I can advance to soft foods!!! YA!!!!!  I still do not think I have had surgery - its weird.  I can take in 64 oz of water - I think I need verification of this supposive "pouch" I was given.  LOL!!!

Canned chicken makes me nauseous even now. Not one of my faves. Do they put chicken in pouches like I've seen with tuna?

I bought the swanson in a can.  Before surgery I ate it a few times and it did not taste bad.  But wizzed up with chix gravy -

We used to get jumbo cans of it at Costco. It was fine mixed with pasta shells, cheese and/or mushroom soup, but I did not care for it plain.

Oh, that chocolate sauce sounds excellent!

B - sbd protein bar
S - 1/2 banana after my walk
L - 1/4 Nathan's hotdog w/ sauerkraut and onions/ no bun  (first hotdog since surger and it was excellent!)  I used to eat 3 nathanse bun length before surgery I loved them so much
S - pretzle flats
D - pulled chicken, cheese, greek yogurt, cheese, avacado, onoins, jalapenos & salsa
I may or may not have a Carb Balance tortilla with it.  I seem to be lacking on the fiber end as evidenced by my lack of BM's

It was absolutely gorgeous here today.

Sunday -

B - 16oz mootopia (24g protein, 180cal - you can't beat that!)

L - turkey burger patty and veggies from Fat Burger, 2 onion rings

D - grilled chicken breast, 1/2c green beans

S - one very large and very ripe peach (split over two servings, one after lunch and one after dinner so I didn't dump)

Sunday

B - chocolate Max Protein Shake
L- 1/4c refried beans with a tsp of salsa and a tbsp of greek yogurt mixed in
S- Pumpkin protein dessert
D - 1/4c chuck roast and 1/4 peas, carrots, and onion (an eggface recipes wizzed up)
S - Hot Chocolate Max Protein (YUMMO)
