Here is my Friday food plan

B - 1 egg potato and cheese breakfast taco

L - protein shake with 16oz mootopia, 1 serving protein powder, and ice

D - chicken breast, grapes

Its a bit of a must force myself to eat situation around here lately. I am wound tight.

B - Turkey/veggie egg bites followed 1/2 hour later by a Chai Tea Misto

S - 2 SF cranberry hootycreek cookies

L - Cajun shrimp salad

S - Greek yogurt with Kay's Naturals cereal added in

D - beef fajita burritos - mine will be without the tortilla or I get way too full

S - sliced mango

B~  ff, sf yogurt (strawberry)

snack 1~ protien shake (55 gms)

L~  10 "Soy Crisps" and 1/4 cup of lowfat pot cheese 1 cup veg (progresso) soup.

 D~ Going out for Chinese with my sister at 6, I am going to get homestyle bean curd, no rice.  That'll keep me eatin' for 4 meals!  lol.

Start: 487 lbs (8/07) Lost 81 lbs pre op on South Beach. 406 lbs at surgery (6/08). 179 post op, by 2011. I  lost 308 lbs. Gained 98 while pregnant (2012-13) lost all but 25. My goal is to be 179 again!

L - small wendy's chili /   1/2 side salad  1 oz italian vinagrette and 4 saltines
D - tappas  (date night)

Thanks for checking on me.  It was some serious gas up pretty high in my intestines.  I had pain in my upper abdomen just under my breast bone.  It was an unusual place to feel that pain, but about 1 hour later, I started passing copious amounts of gas.  The pain left so I'm assuming it was gas pains.

I was just worried because I'd never felt that kind of dull pain and it was in a weird place.  But it passed!

It was perfect.

Had a crab taco - mango/honeydew chutney
focaccia w/feta and oliva tapenade
duck medallions on mixed greens with goat cheese, applewood smoked bacon, and candied pecans.  It was just right "little bites" for me.  Karl had to get a burger @ McD later, but he didn't have an entree.

I am feeling a lot of "head hunger" today, which is annoying.  I think part of it is because I'm tired and a little bored at work, and I'm also blaming the cold weather too.  Maybe the cold weather makes me think I'm supposed to chow down and get ready to hibernate.  I've been sipping a lot of water, which helps, and I've popped a few sugar-free Tic Tacs also.

B - Max Protein hot chocolate

S - ThinkThin bar

L - Chicken chili with a dollop of Greek yogurt and melted Cabot 50% cheddar

S - cheese stick

D - Swordfish (most likely)

S - Protein ice cream
