please pray
My family is very close and my cousin is like my sister her kids call me auntlisa and we just got the phone call her son Keith is 24 and they found him dead this morning of they think a heartattack..
The call came as i need you now so of course im on my way waiting on dh to get home.
He is overweight and the biggest sweetheart you could ever meet his nickname is beefy...He taught Lucas that even though your a big boy be proud go without a shirt if you want he really helped lucas's self esteem.
How do you prepare yourself for this?
I dont know how to help her except to be there,so please pray for them...That they find strength
A short note this boy called me at 1:oo a.m. wenesday to talk do you think he knew something was wrong?
thanks everyone

I'm so sorry to hear that and wish your family and your cousin's family all the best during this difficult time. *hugs*
Lisa,
I am very sorry for your loss, and of course I will keep you and your family in my prayers and thoughts.
I've found that the best thing you can do when there is a loss in the family is just to "be there" and not just in the beginning. I found that when I lost my Gran I was okay while all the business of family visits and such was going on. But time goes by and people get back into their own routines, and I found I was most lost and lonely about a month out and really needed support. Just my 2 cents.
