Good morning all,

I hope this finds you well today. I'm ok - about the same. I'm going to try to get caught up on grading today, yuck.

B - None, bad me, I slept in

L - home-made chili with a lot of veggies, and a few leftover fries

S - hot tea with 1T honey

D - chef salad with french dressing

S - 16oz mootopia

No, I'm not drinking enough water. Will work on that today!

Stressful morning taking Mom to the DR, and it shows in my food ... really ticked me off too that I ate what I ate.

Pre B - SF NF BSC Latte

B - 2 bites of a sausage McMuffin, no egg - Mom wanted this and I was so hungry I didn't stop myself. It was nasty and I was pissed I ate it. I haven't had one in over 2 years - major trigger for me.

S - 2 Steamed Chinese buns

L - Bumble Bee FF Tuna Kit, 10 black grapes

S - Greek yogurt with Kay's Natural's cereal mixed in

D - turkey, green beans

S - cheese, 3 crackers

Since your mom seems to be "lovin' it" lately, if you are hungry, go for a better option, esp. not one that is not a trigger. How about an Egg McMuffin w/ only the bottom muffin? The fruit & walnut salad is pretty good too - just avoid the sugared nuts, eat the apple, grapes and yogurt.

Fast food is a trigger for me period, so staying away all together is the best option!  Mom needs to quit eating that crap too. I think I'll start making homemade versions with turkey sausage and putting them in her freezer.

I guess I should feel good that I only had 2 bites and not the entire thing. hahaha but of course I don't.

I'm trying to tip-toe around the fast food menus. Some nights I am just too tired to cook, so if we are tired of chicken, the boys get the burgers, Clay & I both get ranch salads w/ grill chicken and he gives me his chicken. He has burger & salad. Jarid - well ....he eats kid food. One battle at a time.

But I am not the one who goes - Clay or Jarid is. I understand your aversion.

My pouch has been grumpy all week so I eat cautiously these days.

I haven't been posting lately, but I realized I need to do this on a more regular basis to help me plan:

B - Chocolate Max Protein hot chocolate

S - cheese stick

L - 2 roast beef/provolone roll ups

D - Cioppino (fish stew)

B - coffee w/ plastic milk, instant oatmeal w/ crasins

S - MF chocolate pudding

S - 2 mozz sticks, Sechel pear (from my yard! I planted it!)

L - Tried lunch from the Cafe but go there after the soup was put away, so I had:
Raw veggies (broccoli, carrots & ranch dip - gotta hand the dip back to the cashier or I eat it)
No bran muffins, so I got, um, another kind


I need to bake my own muffins - I used to have a great bran muffin recipe

D - Baked chicken breasts w/ herb crust, 3/4 C yam, 1 C broccoli, ICBINB light

S - MF pudding

BTW: I am posting my food so I don't go nuts while I am quitting smoking. 0 cigs in 29 hours. I have one in reserve out in the tent just in case.
