(Posting Tuesday PM)

I spent all afternoon preparing a contract amendment for processing by the Fiscal Division, and as I was getting ready to take it over to Building C, I realized I had the Program Manager sign all four original signatures pages on the wrong line.

Back to the drawing board, as they say...

I don't know what I plan to do in terms of exercise.  We are expecting a nasty bump of weather, so I am unsure if the roads will be bad and thus it will take extra time to get to work.  I would like to go after work rather than before work, but it seems that before work is more likely to happen.  I don't know.  I'm too tired from horking to decide now, so I'll post later.

What did you do to move your body today, and were you more disciplined than me?

I was in the gym this morning, but as predicted I was sore all over so after a few half-hearted attempts I said screw it and hit the showers.... LOL

I don't know if I would call myself more disciplined but I am definitely motivated - no problem getting out of bed this week at all!

I had my spinning class today - he has really been ramping up the class and pushing us hard. There was a new lady in class who I was so impressed with - she probably has about 150 pounds to lose and was just slowly moving, but she did the whole class! Our instructor introduced me and another guy (who has lost a lot of weight as well) to her and we encouraged her to keep it up. I've seen people try the class and give up because it's too hard but she was willing to keep it up. I don't know if I would of showed up at a spinning class when I had that much more to lose!

Sunny day in Oregon! I took a PM vac to play in the garden, then swim after. Whee!

Hi, Kix.  I haven't posted exercise in such a long time I'm not sure I remember how (to post or exercise, that is).  Anyway, I'm still recovering from tummy tuck, so am very limited in what I'm allowed to do.  But I walked for about 30 minutes today (10 minutes this morning, 20 minutes this afternoon).  I've been doing at least that much walking per day for about 10 days now, weather permitting.  It feels great to be outside and I think it's help with my swelling (or at least it helps move the extra fluid around!).

Good luck finding a workout time/routine that works with the new job!

I had a terrible stomach ache all day (since breakfast) with a lot of pressure and bloating. I paced and paced and drank tea which usually helps. Nothing. I didn't eat lunch, just some milk. Then I went to the treadmill and walked for AN HOUR feeling like it was helping. Then I ate dinner. Now I am farting like a maniac. I think it was all trapped gas - my pants felt tight all day and everything. I was seriously debating another visit to the ER.

That was the fist gym since last week (between the cold and the wrist I just haven't felt like it). I walked three miles today and also probably another mile of pacing the halls during the day.

Time for the world series - go Rays! I'll fart my way through it (hopefully)

Fist gym?  No wonder you started farting!
