I'm posting  this early so I don't forget. Tomorrow is going to be a mess. I am not finished with my presentation but I had a lot of teaching to prepare for this evening also so I can't say I didn't try. My hand is killing me

The computer is definitely part of the problem. Great, since its my job.

Not sure on the food front yet, but probably some grapes and a pear and cheese and a few crackers will be in there somewhere.  And chicken, its always chicken. Blech.

I'll post my choices tomorrow.

UPDATE

B - 2 slices tomato, 1 slice provolone, 1 egg, 1/4c sauteed spinach (with garlic)

And then a bad tummy ache

L - 16oz 2% milk

Still a bad tummy ache but starting to fart so hoping that's the problem

D - 6 buffalo wings, handful of french fries and 6 carrot sticks - ironically these dreadful choices bothered Thundercles not at all 

S - red grapes

L - tuna salad on whole wheat melba toast

D - My Mom wants us to have pizza with her, not my favorite, might get a salad with meat

L - leftover Chinese
D - boneless chicken breast - maybe baked w/ soy & ginger, not sure, mixed salad

All the talk about the black seed less grapes, I had to get some.  We have a new Publix store that just open up and I scored about 3 pounds for $1.99.  They messed up with the pricing and put it as an each instead of by the pound!

B - 2 scrambled eggs, 2 slices bacon, 1/2 slice double fiber toast butter & 1 t preserves
S - 3 SF York Peppermint patties
L - Shrimp Quesadilla without the tortilla and 10 chips with salsa (pouch didn't like the chips)
S - 15 black grapes
D - chinese chicken.  about a cup

Tired, tired Kix.

B-ish:  3 EAS protein drinks, one every 1.5-2 hrs beginning at 6 AM
S: big azz tub o'decaf
L: bowl of cream of broccoli soup (mostly cream, very little broccoli
    5 WASA crackers dipped in soup
S2: 1 can protein pudding
D:  chicken thighs (overcooked, I think, I horked them up shortly after).  Ugh.  I can't imagine being bulemic, I hate horking.
Post hork: lovely, steaming cup of peppermint tea
S3: 2 EAS protein drinks to make sure I had some nutrition in my pouch tonight.

I don't know why I've horked up my dinner two nights in a row.  Either I'm overcooking the meat because I'm tired and distracted after work, or the meat is old (it was in the back of the freezer).
