So far I have only done research - nothing concrete except the preops my doctor gave me.
To add you ticker - go to tickerfactory.com and make whatever design you want, then click on the picture you have made, not the URL, and copy, then go back here to 'user settings' again and paste it into the second box that says 'signature' and that's it.
Good luck - what are you doing in prep so far??? Maybe you can give me a hint.

Congrats on your date - I am 10days post op and never expected to feel this good. My suregon (Dr Eid at Magee) had me on a preop diet of 3 protein shakes a day and potein and veggies for dinner - I had to stay below 1000 calories. I hired a trainer and worked out with him a month before surgery (I walked up to that point). I lost 47lbs preop.
Good luck - waiting is the hardest part!!

Congrats on your date. Waiting is HARD, but as others have said, it's a great time to do what you can to get your body ready. Exercise and pre-op weight loss are a good way to prepare.
