Still feeling like a snot fountain and wrist is the same.

B - leftover bean and cheese and green chile enchiladas

S - large banana

S - venti whole milk latte (yes I know, and no I don't care)

L - 6 slices turkey, 2oz goat cheese in rollups

S - atkins bar (cranberry granola)

D - rotisserie chicken and broccoli

I drank extra water all week, peed it all out, worked out this am, and am happy to report that I lost all my Vermont weight plus a couple friends-- amd now 2.4 pounds LESS than I was when I left last week. So I highly suggest everyone load up on cakes and full fat cheese. NOT!

I said I'd up my calories as soon as I recovered-- so I will. Today starts 1200 calories a day. (My RMR is 1680-- so I can afford it, I hope.)

B: Proti Diet bar (these are KILLER-- 150 cals, 15 carbs, 15 protein-- and 6g FIBER! Hosanna!)

S: New snackies- half a bag of Protein Cheese curls, 5 nacho soy crisps with 3/4 of an Unjury/Skim/Ice/DaVinci Peanut Butter Milkshake

L: Tortilla toasted with 2 oz reduced fat VT cheddar and serving smoked turkey, all toasty     and melty, with garlic mustard--and  10 Nacho Soy Chips (watch as I eat all the salt in town, like an idiot! My lower legs are gonna blow!) 

S: Remaining half bag of protein cheese curls  

D: Taco spiced chicken on lettuce with 50% fat cheddar, salsa, and greek yogurt

S: Cup of Only 8 Frozen yogurt with chocolate protein mini crisps and 1/3 scoop Unjury protein


26% fat/ 33% carbs/ 41% protein---- ehhhh, close enough!)

Well one nice thing about being sick - I've lost 4 lbs this week.

We are going to whole foods today for a few things.

B - 1 serving raisin bran, 8oz mootopia (280cal, 16g protein)

L - rotisserie chicken thigh, 1 c broccoli

S - 2 servings (1/2c) colby jack melted on green chile (12g protein)

D - beans and salsa I think

S - 16oz mootopia, 1c CIB NSA (240cal, 33g protein)

L - 1/3 of UNO bbq chicken pizza (17g protein, 23 carbs, 275 cal) flatbread pizza
D - tuscan white bean chili w/italian sausage
S - pumpkin custard made with splenda.  It's basically the guts of a pumpkin pie.  Love the flavors this time of year!

Dratted cat just made me lose the post I was typing. Long story short -BAD constipation FINALLY resolved. Not sure what to eat - my innards still hurt.

B - oatmeal with ripe pear chopped in

Wait - take ex lax, call doc, even send Clay to Walgreens for fleet

It only gets worse after surgery. Glad you got it resolved!
