Good grief, it's mid-October already.  Time flies.

I have a grant review committee meeting beginning at 7:30 AM and runs until 1 PM.  I have a play at 6 PM, so I don't think I will be going to the gym.  The most I can hope for is plenty of walking at work (we have a decent sized "campus" with ample places for walking).

What did you do to move your body today?

No telework for me this Wednesday - things are way too busy at work. I'm shooting for a swim tomorrow before work. Shouldn't be too hard - after all, I don't go in until 9am.

That means no OH until lunch, but I can DO this! <-- pep talk to self

-----

The morning swim did not happen. I think I'll try walking at lunch around the loop at the capitol mall.

-----

I did not walk the full loop on the mall, but I did walk about 3/4 of it. I took my cane just in case and was glad I did. I started off great, but got very tired quickly and rested once on a bench. My feet are back to hurting more than has been usual. Not sure if it is the colder weather or that I had taken a "rest" from Medifast and have eaten some carbs in the last few days. I think it's time to climb back on the MF wagon.

I went walking today at a track near my work. I did 4 laps and found out afterwards that 5 laps = 1 mile. So my plan is to up it to at least 5 laps per day.
