Ok, me so tired.  Me so mad.

Good morning all, I hope you had a great time whilst I was away in NY. I had a good trip, I will post about it later as right now I have some disasters to fix regarding the guy who substituted for my classes and completely screwed up despite VERY careful and VERY thorough instructions (because I figured he'd screw up if I didn't provide these... lo and behold it didn't matter). Ok that was mean. Actually no. That was true. I am rather pissed.

I am also have problems with my marriage. A week goes by and my life just crumbles. Agh.

So I don't know what I'll eat, but I'll tell you later. Here. I'll show you mine and you show me yours.

Here's my day - a bit carby.

Meal 1 - 6 small pieces of veggie summer roll, 1c cabbage and veggie soup

Meal 2 - most of a chicken leg and thigh, 1 round of babybel bonbel cheese

Meal 3 - 1/2 serving barilla plus pasta, 3/4c meat sauce with 96% ground beef, mushroom, onion, bell pepper and marinara

Meal 4 - 1 container Fage total with honey

Calories - 1209
Protein - 84g
Fat - 47g
Carbs - 110g

I'm going to really start tracking again, my weight loss has virtually stopped recently. My goals for the day will be in this range, which worked well for me in the past

Calories 1200-1400
Protein 80-120g
Fat 35-50g (even up to 60 if its healthy fats from nuts, avocado, etc)
Carbs 90-120g

I am also going to start logging my exercise better. I am getting lax about that, which in turn allows me to be lax about exercising in the first place.

Missed you while you were gone.  Sorry your trip was sucky...at least it doesn't sound like what you expected.

What did I eat today?

Big azz cup of decaf with cream at 7 AM
EAS protein drink at 8 AM
EAS protein drink at 10 AM
EAS protein drink at 11:30 AM
2 Atkins protein bars at 2 PM
Instone protein pudding at 4 PM
ribeye steak and green beans at dinner
horked up part of my dinner
one pumpkin cookie for dessert

I also walked three miles today at work, burning 335 calories.

A rough estimate on protein is around 90 grams.   Calories, not sure.  The EAS drinks are 330 calories, 54g protein, the Atkins bars are 320 calories, 22g protein, the pudding is 100 calories, 20g protein.  Dinner, I'd have to look it up and I'm too tired.

I need to re-examine my eating habits, but I don't want to do it right now.  Perhaps it's a task to start working on this weekend.
