Got my date

Hello everyone, I got my date. I will have surgery Nov 18. I will need a buddy to let everyone know how I am doing? Anyone up to the task??????? Also, any suggestions leading up to the date is great.

Try as hard as possible to not have the last meal attitude. All it does is put more punds on you.
