No gym for me, but I am posting in place of Kix wo is probably working hard at her new job. It takes a lot of energy to kick butt and take names afterall.
I am having a good morning, my class this morning was actually kind of fun. They weren't as moody, and although 7am is never a good time for biology, they actually seemed to be paying attention.
Then I went to breakfast with my husband, who I am very mad at and hurt by at the moment, but haven't been able to talk to him about yet. I have to work up the nerve because I hate fighting. Maybe tonight.
Despite that I had a good breakfast (half of a ham and cheese 2 egg omelet and some coffee). I have a hair appt today so I will probably skip lunch and have a protein shake after work.
I ended up making a modified stroganoff last night so I will make the chicken and mango dish I was planning tonight instead. We are having company so I'm going to add some black beans and pineapple to stretch it farther.
As for physical activity, a lot of walking and stairs but no formal exercise today.

I am hoping to get back into some sort of routine starting this weekend. Life was chaotic right after the storms and then a bit of normal set in, but routine has been out the window. I hate that I kind of flew by the seat of my pants this week when it came to food. I need to plan better.

Rough morning, Mom and I both were crying. Please let it get just a little better.
Even rougher when I went to get dressed and tried on an outfit I wore last fall, it was too snug in the belly for me to feel comforatble with. Of course I marched over to the scale only to find out since my hysterectomy (3 months ago) I've gained 8 pounds. Talk about really wanting to cry!
I knew I had been stress snacking, but now that I see what it's done it all stops. Water aerobics starts next week and I've got 1/2 my OH Support group going with me! Treadmill walking is starting tomorrow too. I refuse to gain another pound.

S - nothing
L - meeting - out for Dim Sum, made very careful choices, ate 1 dumpling in the soup and some shrimp
S - nothing
D - chicken stuffed with mushrooms and swiss cheese, a few brussel sprouts
S - hopefully nothing unless I get really hungry
