I start my new job today!  EEK!

I'm sure I will be doing lots of walking.  There's a Ballys near the office, so once I get some kind of idea what my work routine will be, I can plan on going to the gym before and maybe after work.

What did you do to move your body today?

  I will do some walking and getting things ready for dinner tonight.  son, DIL and my precious grandbaby come every Thursday.

I have a dentist appt this morning so I didn't make it in to the gym at the office so no elliptical workout for me today!

More walking on the schedule for today.  I just have to figure out how to fit it with soccer practice!

25 minutes on treadmill.  I haven't had my IPOD for about 2 weeks (it was dead, then I changed bags and didn't have it...yadda...yadda...yadda)  and I really need it for motivation!

Will consider meeting up with the YMCA running club tonight, but my knee was aching on the TM this morning!

I did intervals on the treadmill this morning for an hour. 10min walking 2.5mph and then 5min jogging at 3.5mph. It was tough after not going much lately!
