Hey guys,

I forgot to post a weekend edition. I ate quite a bit. I'm considering going back to 2 shakes a day and a dinner for a while. Here is today's menu

B - nutrigrain bar on the run

L - half whole wheat pita with turkey and mustard

S - 42oz myoplex

D - chili and 1/4c cheddar cheese

S - apple

B - ham, cheese, triscuits

S - TJ's oatmeal cranberry cookie - need the fiber badly

L - leftover steak stir fry

S - Greek yogurt

D - chicken cacciatore with roasted veggies

B: 1 Laughing Cow Cheese Wedge, 3 crackers

L: 1/2 cup of rotisserie chicken, green beans

D: not sure yet, but maybe a few baked tortilla chips with FF refried beans and cheese
