MONDAY WEIGH IN (September 29, 2008)

It's the beginning of another week!

I'll post my weight later, but I wanted to open the scales and find out how everyone did.  As you get on the scales this morning, is it Yay!    or Oy, Vay!

Hi,

I am at the end of my Monday.  It was a glorious spring day here and very warm.  Last week I was in a stall.  I have them every 4th week.  It is my pattern of weight loss.

So, this is the beginning of my post-op week 11.  I started my  journey at 426lbs (194kg),  today I am   360.1lbs (163.7kg) that is a loss of 2.64lbs for the week  (1.2kg).  Making my total loss to date 66.7lbs (30.3kg).

I am hoping to lose a total of 60kg by Christmas, ambitious I know, but I so want to be in the 200's for Christmas.  My 77 year old mum does not know about my surgery or weight loss, I have kept it from her to give her a Christmas present.  She has wanted me to lose weight for years.  I know this will make her so happy..

This week was a Yay!  I lost 4 more lbs! I get nervous each week about weighing...and I have lost consistantly....I am still so amazed, and thankful!

YAY!! for me!!  Last week I was at 312 this week  303 !!  I hit 50 pounds lost forever on Friday!!

Maybe next week I'll be in Twoterville!! 

Did a lot of chores over the weekend, the weather was mild but the leaves are turning, gotta get ready for Ol' Man Winter he'll be here before ya know it!!
