WOW MOMENT!!!

So as you all know i had a doctor appointment today---well for ever they had to use the x-large adult blood pressure cuff on me and only on my forearm because it wouldn't stay closed when they pumped it up.  Well that went on for at least the last 9 years.  Today they used a regular adult cuff!!!  Did you hear me??? REGULAR---OMG I was so excitied---I couldn't believe it---I was so antsy to get back here and post---I kept shaking my leg and moving my feet while waiting for the doc to come in---I was just blown away.  He came in and was like what's so exciting in here--I was like ummm I'm regular---he looked at me kinda funny and I said she used the REGULAR blood pressure cuff on me today.  He high fived me and said congrats.  My doc and I are the same age and he's kinda cute!  So I didn't mind the praise from him at ALL!!!  I know this isn't a big deal for alot of you but it is for me and I just wanted to share!!!

I went to Walmart yesterday and bought a watch and couldn't get it out of the box to try it on because he had these "straps" securing it in the box and there was no one at the jewelry counter.

When I got home and tried it on it fit!!!  I was so excited.   It's been a long time since I haven't had to buy extra large bracelets, etc.

That's AWESOME!!!  I remember when I bought my firs****ch after wls--I posted on here cause it felt like such a big deal.  For years all that "shelf" jewerly and watches never fit so I never tried---then one day I was like I've lost 100something lbs lemme see if I can fit a watch---and by Gosh I did!!!  It feels sooo good doesn't it to buy off the "shelf" instead of having something made or going to a specialty store!!!  Congrats!!!

Had my 'stress test' today and they had to search for the extra large cuff to take my pressure.
Will look forward to this as well.

Woo Hoo! A Regular. I've been a thigh cuff girl myself for quite a while. Looking foreward to that milestone myself.

I so understand the cuff excitement they sill have to use a large cuff on me also.  The cuff I have is for a thigh that so sucks so I send you a BIG CHEER.  Good Job!!!!!!!
