So...Kix...What's the five day pouch test??

you mentioned this in your post on  yesterday's Calorie Countdown and it made me wonder what the heck that was.  So I'm asking you to share, What is the five day pouch test and why would you do it? 
I'm new at this and just want to learn what it's all about!!

Not Kix, but I will answer, because she is probably running around getting ready for her new job.  It is a program that helps to put you back in touch with your pouch.  If you go to the website

I do it every 6 to 8 weeks, or at least a modified version of it.  I, personally wouldn't recommended anyone under 6 months post op to do it.
