Calorie Countdown - Winky Wednesday, I need a nap. How about you?

Morning *yawn*

Here's my plan

B - yogurt, banana

S - fiber one bar

L - half pita with turkey and hummus

S - myoplex =rtd (42g protein)

D - we have some whole grain bread to use and green chilies to use so it'll probably be green chile grilled cheese, maybe some turkey in it for extra protein. I'll have half a sandwich and some baked beans or a whole sandwich and call it an evening.

Another carby day... my energy level is so low these days I feel like I'm going to drop without carbs, but I am at least trying to make them healthy ones

Ate pizza last night in celebration of my new job, and now I'm 4 lb fatter this morning (must be a combination of the bready crust and the tons o'pepperoni).

Not sure yet what I'm eating, some of it will involve leftover pizza.

I stayed up late last night (yes, I'm a procrastinator) finishing a communications exam so I choose not to get up to workout this morning.  I can't kill myself to get to the gym.  So, I feel great and rested. 

B - SBD protein bar
L - leftover macaroni grill with about a 2 oz piece of chicken, broccoli and asparagus with mozarella cheese
S - Fage yogurt
D - pork tenderloin
S - protein shake

I'll be lucky to get to 1000 calories today with this plan.  Had to add the shake!

Boy oh boy I sure could use a nap! I watched Mom sleep from 6-8 AM this morning and it made me tired! Finally she woke up, went to the bathroom and I made her walk with me. When we got back they brought her liquid breakfast and she was thrilled!

My eating sucks this week. Either I don't eat enough because I forget or I eat crap I know I shouldn't be eating!

Pre B - SF NF Brown Sugar Latte

B - FF Blueberry Crumpet (100 cal)

S - ham, cheese, triscuits, and 3 strawberries

L - Chinese I think, we have a business meeting

S - ? Probably a Trader Joe's Cranberry Oatmeal cookie

D - ? I forgot to take something out this morning. Maybe I'll pop a pizza in for hubby and I'll have Greek yogurt and berries

oop's I accidentally posted in Tuesday's cal count!  I am a day late and a dollar short as usual!  lol~ Here it is in the right place

Today i have eaten...

Protien bar (zone perfect cranorange) and 10 grapes

two baby new potatoes with ff sour cram and chives

I don't know what's for dinner yet but I need to have a pro  shake sometime today.

Start: 487 lbs (8/07) Lost 81 lbs pre op on South Beach. 406 lbs at surgery (6/08). 179 post op, by 2011. I  lost 308 lbs. Gained 98 while pregnant (2012-13) lost all but 25. My goal is to be 179 again!

My sister is going out of town for a few days, and I'm glad.  I think I will do the five-day pouch test while she's gone and thus I have no food distractions.
