Hi everybody,

I have a question, do you find yourself using a lot more lotion? My skin is getting drier and drier. I've always taken good care of it, but it seems like I'm going through lotion like crazy now. Do you find that to be true? I am trying to keep it in the best shape possible  for *hopefuly* future plastics.

I'm thinking about starting some fish oil or something to see if that helps. Puzzled.

Lotion is like an American Express card to me - don't leave home without it!  I never used lotion presurgery but lather it on nowadays...especially my hands, they are always dry.  I take a flaxseed oil capsule everyday but have no way of telling if it helps or not because I've taken the capsule for over a year now.  No benchmark to compare it to.

B - 3/4 pear
L - baked chicken and yogurt
S - ???

I've always used a lot of lotion on my hands since I'm handling paper all day - I've got two kinds of lotion at my desk at all times.  For all over moisturizer, I buy a bottle of the cheapest hair conditioner I can find (usually Sauve for $1) and I slather that all over my body in the shower, let it sit for a bit and then rinse it off, dry off and then do the regular lotion routine.  I think it helps a TON.  Give it a try..if it doesn't work for you, you're out a $1. (Plus I shave my legs with the conditioner on my legs instead of soap or shaving cream)

Breakfast:  VitaLady's Lemon Meringue bar (AWESOME! I might actually buy a box of these!)

Lunch:  Tuna salad sandwich (yes, I actually had a real sandwich with two pieces of bread! Yummy...but oof, don't want to do that again anytime soon!)

Dinner:  Taco-Ritos; It's hamburger mixed with a can of refried beans and some onion, rolled in low carb flour tortillas, topped with green enchiliada sauce that has been mixed with a can of cream of mushroom soup and cheese. Yumm.

My big treat is going to be the MinuteMaid Light Lemonade (very tart to me) with a splash of SF raspberry syrup to sweeten it up a bit.

My hands look like an old lady's hands!  I need to lotion more than I do for sure.  I like the Neutrogena deep moisturizing creme.  It's almost like vaseline with some extra conditioners and it's not really greasy.

B - SBD protein bar
S - motts applesauce
L - progresso vegetable beef soup (didn't eat till 2:30 - bad, bad, bad)
S - natural sugar chocolate covered raisins
D - ground round meatloaf and steamed broccoli
S - Unjury shake
