Gym is Open (My, My, It's Monday! 9/22)

I hope to go to the gym five times this week like I managed to last week, but we shall see. Either way, I walk a lot at work, and always take the stairs.
20 minutes on elliptical and 20 minutes upper body Got a late start this morning, but a workout is a workout.
I've been struggling with PM vs AM workouts since school started. On Tues/Thurs I have class in the morning and don't get to the gym until 5PM. Then to turn it around in 13 hours on Wed and Friday is like brutal.
So I am committed to get out the door at 6:30 on Tues/thurs and work out at the Univ. gym before class. That's my goal, at least.

WOOOOHOOOOO for getting back into my workday rut! LOL
Being off my routine for 2 weeks, I knew I couldn't just jump back in at my usual pace, so I started with 15 mins on the elliptical at the lowest setting and then did 15 mins of upper body strength training too..... I'll probably be sore tomorrow, but it sure felt good this morning!
