Its nice to see a scale movement once again.

I have my four month post surgery check up this afternoon.  I weighed myself this morning and it shows a 3 pound weight loss for this week, but I am excited to weigh on  my doctor's scale to get an official weight loss total.  The scale at the drs office is usually a little more generous than my scale at home, but I consider it my accurate weight given that it was the first I weighed on in YEARS!  I will update my weigh-in post when I get home from support group tonight.

I forgot to post when I got home last night.  I didn't make it to the support group meeting because I got myself into a fender bender on the way there.  But I did make it to the dr appt and I have officially lost 128 lbs.  YEA!!

Ok I know I still lost but it wasnt NOT a good scale week UGH. I have been busted my butt with flood clean up all week and I really thought it would be better. But hey I still lost 1.6 lbs so that is better than nothing I guess LOL.

Sure but steady for me again this week.  2 lbs a week seems to be what the body will allow.  I'll take it over a stall.
