I have not been posting on the gym very well at all. I barely remember to post the calorie countdown everyday lately, BUT I've done quite well exercising at the gym this week and hope to continue. I also walked 2 malls and several stores yesterday.

I did not make it to the pool last night.   Try, try again today...

I did walk quite a bit at work yesterday and am not longer using my cane very much.

yay Patty!!  can't wait till you can retire that cane.  love the new pic, can see all of your face now!!!
our hs pool is still not open, still battle with chemicals.  hopefully monday!
