I have a major presentation this afternoon and I'm not QUITE done with the slides and not anywhere near done with the appropriate reading. Eek.

Keep your fingers crossed for me!

B - whole grain 1/2 bagel with peanut butter, 1 pint milk

L - most of a medium sized chicken breast

S - protein shake made with mootopia

D - bean and cheese enchiladas, avocado

S - protein shake made with soy milk

I never posted yesterday's lunch and dinner either. Lunch was the patty from a burger with bbq sauce and some veggies. Dinner was some lemon chicken (not breaded) and strawberries. I didn't get any protein shakes in yesterday and was low on protein.

I always enjoy reading the variety of what you eat.  It seems like I'm always eating chicken!  But I'm not tired of it so that's a good thing!

B - sbd protein bar
L - SBD Chicken caprese
D - 4 oz filet that we didn't eat last night
      we wound up doing aerobics together (aw, how sweet husband and wife working out together) and went to Village Inn for dinner.   I had the smaller portion sirloin steak, salad and mashed potatoes.  Of course, the potatoes and salad were only a few bites but I was hungry after working out!

S - 1/2 bananna

I worked on the Penn State campus for many years and by the time I left, I swear they were admitting middle-schoolers!

Last night after Clay went to bed, I binge-snacked for the first time in quite a while. Instead of pudding, I had 4 mozarella sticks, 2 MF PB bars and 3 slices of Swiss. Had to take an antacid as all that did not sit well. Wished I had a pouch to make me hork it back up. At least I stayed out of the chips and Doritos. Stress eating - home issues plus I get a new boss on Monday. It is almost as if I'm ready to "fall off the roof" as my mom used to say.

B - MF oatmeal (I noticed that w/o this I get a bit constipated)
S - shake
L - MF scrambled eggs
S - shake
S - bar before swimming
D - not sure yet - probably something grilled
S - pudding

OK, not eating according to plan, so will post the actuals as well.

So far:

B - MF chicken & rice soup (I was cold)
S - Constant Comment tea /w honey (still cold)
S - MF PB bar
L - left over sirloin steak, grape tomatoes
S - MF oatmeal rasin bar & 1 slice of swiss cheese before swim
D - grilled turkey burger w/ A-1, raw veggies, dill pickle
S - I think I'm too full ....

STRESS SUCKS!  I'm trying so hard not to eat my way through things, doing pretty good so far. I'll be glad when Mom surgery is over on Friday.

Pre B - SF NF Brown Sugar Cinnamon Latte

B - shared an omelet with veggies and  ham with my Mom between DR  visits, 1/4 slice wheat toast and a tomato slice

S - nothing

L - Japanese, no clue what I'll order but we have a meeting so it'll be something simple to insure I don't get sick - I ordered Beef Teppan Yaki, mostly veggies ate less than 1/2 and 2 California rolls

S - ?

D - going to the LA County Fair so no clue, but I know it won't be anything fried or I'll be sick. My guess is chicken, chili or some beef ribs

Had my yearly with my GYN this morning.  He hasn't seen me since before my surgery, it was cool to hear all the nice things he said.

B-  2 eggs over medium wih Colby cheese.
S-  Syntrax Nectar lemonade.
L-  SBL Cranberry Almond bar.
D-  chicken, refried beans, taco cheese, and Oikos Greek yogurt all mixed together.
S-  5 wheat crackers with 2T PB, and eventually a cup of coffee.
about 75oz. of water throughout the day.
