Gym is Open (Wednesday 9/17)

The gym is open!  I'll be walking today.

I'm off to the pool later. I'm also going to set up our old DVD player with a 12" TV we are not using. I'll use it to do my stick exercises on non-swim days.

Well, the trip to the pool was very encouraging. I worked off quite a bit of stress and came home much calmer. I increased my laps from 40 lengths to 50, which I did in 45 minutes.

And the best part? I weighed myself and am still losing.

Owie, owie, owie,  I am sore, sore, sore.

 I did 34.3 minutes on the elliptical.  I was working on getting my #'s down on the 3 mile and cut another 3 minutes 20 seconds off.  But I'm still sore from the plyometrics on tuesday.
