Hello all, I am swamped busy today so I'll make this quick. So far I've had yogurt (plum lavendar honey.. yumm) and some tea. I don't know what the rest of the day holds for me but I'll try to post it later.

I bought my dress for the wedding, wanna see?

Its the red one, not the blue one. I bought it in an 18-20 so I HOPE I don't have to send it back and get a bigger one. Now I just need shoes, to get my ring resized, and my hair done - I'm losing the blondishness and going closer to my natural darker blonde/light brown I think.

Love the dress, very cute!

I finally got a great nights sleep last night, almost 8 hours, feel so good this morning. Best news of all Mom woke up with NO back pain! Yeah!!!

Pre B - SF NF Eggnog Latte

B - ham, cheese, triscuits

S - ? nothing unless I get hungry

L - salad with grilled chicken, watermelon

S - ?

D - pork chop, unsweetened applesauce and some sort of veggies

S - banana ice cream

So how about the monster heels to go with the dress.  I was looking at the ones with the blue dress and think I'd fall flat on my face walking on those!

L - other half of chick fil a chicken salad/ 4 saltines / plum
D - 3 oz tenderloin steak and steamed broccoli
S - SF chocolate/pnut butter pudding

I'll be right around 70 g protein for day and 1000 calories

I actually can walk pretty well in heels. I just never wore them when I was larger because they killed my feet that much more. That being said, I don't go over about 2 1/2 inch heels, as much as I'd like the height a 3 or 4in heel would provide :)

The dress is beautiful and you're gonna be a knock-out in it!

Here's my plan for the day:

B-  Flax Z Snax hot cereal with Sweet & Low and pecan pieces.
S-  Oh Yeah Protein Wafer
L-  3/4 of a baked breaded chicken patty.
D-  planning on making chicken with refried beans, cheese, and some Oikos Greek yogurt.
S-  No idea yet, but I know I'll be watching the season premiere of House while I eat it!
