with my baby grandson finally here, I've only been managing 5 or 6 hrs sleep a night and exercise seems like the last priority on my list.... I'm hoping after we get into a early morning routine I can get my butt back into the gym.... LOL

Walked a half mile warm up then did an hour with the trainer on the exercise ball and doing resistance training with ankle weights. I like it a lot, but at $48 an hour, I can't do it often!

Did 1 hours of plyometris from the P90X program with my husband.  It is a high-impact aerobics program.  I had to do many modification exercises to avoid the high impact.
