Calorie Countdown - Thundery Thursday

It happened, I snapped. One too many people pissed me off too close together and I snapped this morning... at my teaching supervisor, who is a really nice lady, and very passive. Of course I got what I wanted, what I was mad about, but I feel a a little bad. She is probably scared of me now, or thinks I'm a complete ***** Not that I wasn't right. I was right. But my reaction was maybe slightly strong for the situation. Well, not maybe, my reaction was very strong for the situation.
It happened once as master's student too. Once a decade or so I really lose it.
B - half a wheat pita pocket, 1 serving honey smoked turkey, one serving red pepper hummus (this sandwich comes out to 280cal and 19g protein and satisfies me for a long time).
S - 16oz soy milk with omega-3
L - myoplex rtd (42g protein)
I don't know about a second snack or dinner tonight. I've got a 5 hr meeting scheduled this afternoon to learn about being an employee in this craphole, and to get signed up for benefits and all that.
I hope you have a better day than I, and make smart food and exercise decisions. And I hope you post those decisions on our BMI over 50 board, where enquiring minds want to know.

S - SF NF Brown Sugar Cinnamon latte - drank half
S - turkey jerky

D - baked chicken and a salad

L - cup of the most awesome vegetable beef soup and a great salad
spring mix/pine nuts/blue cheese crumbles/red onion/granny smith apple/vinagrette
D - I have no idea and there is nothing defrosted! Dang it I hate when that happens
S - Black plum - they are so good right now.

D - 2 gorton's italian fish fillets and 1/2 c edamame
S - I didn't eat plum...I had 100 calorie pack of hostess carrot cakes
S - after workout 3 oz roasted turkey
Totals for the day Calories 1097 / protein 84g / fiber 20 g

This is my first time posting on this board, I'm generally a lurker. :) But I'm feeling talkative tonight. *lol*
B- 1/2 c. Flax Snax Divine Pecan Praline hot cereal, made with skim milk, Sweet & Low, and pecan pieces.
S- SBL Cranberry Almond bar.
L- 1/2 c. Greek yogurt with PB2, SF strawberry preserves, 1 pkt. Sweet & Low, chopped peanuts, and Kashi Go Lean.
S- 1 ham and provolone roll-up with mustard.
D- I'm making ribs for my hubby and I'm sure I'll try a couple, hopefully that will work OK.
I might have a few protein pretzels later but I kinda doubt it since dinner is late tonight.
If anyone has any comments/thoughts/ideas on my eating, please feel free to share. :)

Second snack was some goat cheese and a serving of crackers (a serving of goat cheese also)
Dinner will be some of husband's steak, and some kind of veggie, probably just sauteed peppers and onions, or maybe some sliced tomatoes.
