Okay,

So everyone at work has been telling me how much my weight loss shows. I ,of course can't see that much change and think that they are all being nice because they know I had this surgery.  However, today I needed my driver's license number and I pulled out my license. OMG there really is a difference. I didn't realize... here is my drivers license which was taken two years ago when I was not even at my heaviest, and a picture I took today. Wow! I really am shrinking. What an amazing journey! I just had to share.

 I have my pics taken monthly to chronicle the weight loss.  It really is the only way I can truly get a glimmer of what transformations my body really is going through.  While intimidating, it has been helpful each step of the way.

i remember what a thrill it was for me when i realized that i actually weighed less than the blatant  lie i had on my driver's license!

Too funny - even at 450, all I would admit to was "over 300".

LOL! i stuck with 250 on the license -- reality was 463!

We see ourselves every day, so we don't see the changes as much as others who see us less often. Congratulations on a MUCH better DL picture.

I bet it won't look like you pretty soon, though!
