Triceratops Tuesday - the gym is open

That's what my hair looked like when I woke up this morning.  That so cracks me up to see the crazy ways my hair looks when I wake up in the AM.

I won't make it to the gym today because of school and after work, I'm meeting some of my local OH buddies for dinner. I do, however, start ballroom dancing lessons tonight and there is a good walk for me to get to my class in the am.  I'm going to count the steps to see how that goes.

What will you do to move to lose today?

It's still really hard for me to walk much.  I get out of breath fast and my lower back just kills me.  I'm waiting for our high school pool to open so i can do water aerobics and water walking.  I'm told that walking 30 minutes in water is equivalent to 5 miles on land.  I don't know if it's true or not but i enjoy it.  anyway, they had to refill the pool so it will probably be monday before the pool is filled and heated.  guess i'll continue my chair aerobics in the meantime.

Any movement is good movement!  Way to go for keeping up the chair exercises.

Isn'****er exercise lovely? I'm walking better, but I still don't pu**** for long distances yet on dry land. Water walking/running was one of the first exercises recommended to me. I don't know about how it maps to land workouts, but I love the minimal impact on my feet and ankles.

It's also an added benefit that the "girls" float well - too well sometimes - LOL! It's just nice to see them up where they were when I was 25 instead of waist level, where they reside now ....

LOL patty that made me laugh out loud seriously lol i love being in the water because in my own sad, sad little world it's easier for me to pretend i'm thin and the twins float up to where i wish they were it's so kool! lol

Wow exercise moment that I didn't even notice at the time:  walked up 6 flights at the football stadium on Saturday; wasn't even puffing.....amazing (used to wait HOURS for the elevator or avoid the game all together)

Today:  Back to the routine (been off regular exercise since vacation and school starting)

abs:  30 minutes of floor and standing abs.  They talking to me right now.
