please help me

  I talked to a lady named Suzanne at my insurance company and she told me my cast was still under review and i should call my doctor office by next Monday they should know something by then. What my question is should i call back later in the week and see if it is approval yet or just wait till next week and by the way i hate waiting so i have to know something right away please help me. And when i was getting off the phone with her she said good luck when you get the surgery which i think is a very good sign or is it all in my head.

Patience is so worth it ... don't bug them if they told you by next Monday, just wait it out. You're not alone, we all hate waiting!   Just remember good things come to those who wait. I'm sure they will call if they get the news any earlier.

Hang in there  :)  You'll get that call eventually.

I think you need to walk a fine line w/ regard to calling.  Too much and you become a pest (sometimes this can translate to poor service) - too little and you feel out of the loop (or the office forgets about you).

In this case, since they told you a week, I'd wait the week.

The comment at the end did sound hopeful, but don't celebrate until you are sure.
