Calorie Countdown - Its Monday, what are you eating?

I hope you are having a great day and had a good weekend. Mine is so far so good - nothing super special but I haven't contemplated any murders yet either so its a better morning than many :)

Did not have a chance to post over the weekend, it was a busy one of course! Seems like they just go so fast.
Here is what I have had or plan to have:
Coffee
B - Non-fat plain yogurt w/raspberries and lil Kashi Cereal
S - 4 oz. Light and Fit Yogurt
L - Toss salad w/grilled barbqued chicken and cheese stick
Balsamic Vinagette dressing
S - South Beach Protein Bar
D - Boneless porkchop (baked), green beans and maybe some toss salad
S - NSA Fudgsicle
Thats the plan - and I am stickin to it !!!!

I didn't bring any food to school this morning, left my lunch box on the counter oops. I also forgot my vitamins. Argh.
L - other half of sandwich
D - half a pita, stuffed with hummus and turkey and probably a piece of fruit
S - protein shake with mootopia
I didn't eat till 2 but I just had some ff cottage cheese on 1/2 a wasa crisp and a nsa mandarin orange lunch cup.
for dinner tonight I am taking a homemade spinach/lowfat feta quiche to my sisters house for everyone to try. I made a small pan of sugar free SPLENDA apple crisp with oatmeal on top to bring for dessert :)

B - English muffin with peanut butter and banana sliced on top
S - 1/4 cup rice crackers
L - 3 Vietnamese Shrimp/veggie spring rolls, not fried
S - lots of ice tea
D - homemade chicken fajitas without tortilla

L: 6 mini meatballs in sauce and barbecue green beans w/bacon
S: 2 peanut butter protein balls, .75 oz turkey jerky
S2: 70 cal protein bar before gym
D: BBQ Bourbon Chicken Pizza with lotsa mushrooms
S: Strawberry cream cheese protein ice cream with chocolate soy nuts

I'm debating if I need to eat more. It's 9pm and I'm full, but that's not enough calories @ 10 months out considering the elliptical said I burned 600 calories this morning. I've got some greek yogurt that I could eat, but I'm still thirsty (I had 100 oz today) Eat or drink?????
so i edited this to add the extra chicken wing and the drinks that have protein & 30 cals each. But still...if I were in the earlier situation before I updated (cals were 768 and protein was 82) should I eat more or let it go?
