I hope everyone is having a great weekend. Mine is ok so far, I've just been working and listening to our new surround sound audio system. It's very cool :) Someone just hit a baseball RIGHT behind me.
Here is what I've eaten so far, including Ritz crackers, which are, in fact, from the devil.
B - 10oz skim mootopia, 1 heaping scoop BSN dessert protein (250cal, 35g protein)
S - 10 ritz crackers in two episodes of snacking (160 emty calories)
L - 3/4c 2% organic cottage cheese, 1c splenda peaches (about 200cal, 20g protein)
Totals so far:
Calories - 588
Protein - 55g
I'll post the rest once I know what it is :)

I have been craving protein lately. I asked my shrink and she said that when we are in ketosis (the MF program creates a state of mild ketosis), additional protein has an endorphin-like effect on the brain, sort of like exercise. No wonder I'm craving it!
Hopefully it won't slow down my weight loss.
B - MF Chai tea
S - 2 burger patties from Mickey Dee's, no bun or condiments
S - MF Dark Chocolate shake
L - MF chicken noodle soup and 2 cheese sticks
S - MF lemon bar
D - Grilled salmon. 3 grilled prawns, green beans, grilled red pepper
S - MF Strawberry pudding

I highly doubt it will slow down your weight loss much, if it all. If you were craving bread, that'd be another matter. And if you end up anything like me post-op, get used to cravings. I have them ridiculously. I get in food ruts where I eat the same thing for weeks because its the only thing that sounds or tastes good, and then suddenly I can't stand it but a new thing takes its place.
Examples -
cottage cheese, I just came out of this rut, I ate some yesterday and it didn't do anything for me
eggs - I'm thinking this is the new one
avocado - I ate basically on avocado a day for the first two months post-op
bratwurst and peppers - we had that 3x a week for about a month
cheese of any form - well this has been off and on since surgery. I eat a lot more cheese that I ded before.

I think I remember you having a lemon phase too. I got a lemon at the fish store yesterday for a bit of juice on my salmon, and danged it I didn't end up putting it on everything. Yumm.
The cats objected, though. The lemon-flavored salmon scraps from my plate weren't so much to their liking last night!

I finished off Sat with 1/4 of a chicken quesadilla and a few tortilla chips. Then I had half a pita stuffed with turkey and hummus... ummm.. twice. Speaking of cravings, I am craving more of that!!

Sunday -
B - grilled chicken in half a pita
L - half of a vegetarian burrito bol from chipotle
D - 1 coconut shrimp, 2 bites of steak, and some broccoli
S - triple grande latte (I am on my fourth day without pooping so I'm getting desperate)
S- handful of M&M premium triple chocolate (OMG YUM)
I went back to ULTA today and returned my concealer/got the correct color. MUCH BETTER. I also bought some mineral foundation, its wonderful. I might actually wear makeup now! Its too hot for regular foundation and powder here, it just melts off. But this stuff (from Urban Decay) is super light. I've never needed foundation but lately I'm very discolored, between the dark circle and the constantly red cheeks.
I went out with a girlfriend to ULTA, Ross, Target, and a few little shops in that shopping center. I did pretty good, didn't go crazy with retail therapy, but then I went back out with husband and we bought Rock Band for Wii. Apparently I want to replace food with shopping. It stops now though, we are out of fun money. It was great while it lasted though!
