"Monday weigh in" a day late
Hello all,
I didn't see a monday weight in posted, so I thought I would start us off for the week.
I missed last week because I was on vacation. I have to say it was a whole new experience being on vacation and being 80+ pounds down. I really enjoyed everything, and absolutely loved that I didn't have to wear the seat belt extension on the airplane!! I didn't get to the gym while on vacation, but did quite a bit of walking. I also tried a few new foods, but I didn't gain any wt, so that is good
surgery wt: 344#
2 weeks ago: 257#
Today: 253.6
lost 3.1 # in 2 weeks
total loss so far: 90.4# (getting close to that century mark)

I was out of town for the long weekend, so weighting didnt happend till this morning. The numbers were ok, considering I didnt make alot of good choices this past weekend. But thats ok I just dust myself off and get back on the horse today!

Not bad but next week hopefully will be better!
