Calorie Countdown - Totally Tuesday, why is vacation over????

Noooo!!!  I need more vacation!!! I don't want to go back!!!

Here is my Tuesday plan -

B - protein shake, 10oz mootopia, 1 serving dessert protein (banana)

L - quesadilla - 1/2c colby jack, 1 tortilla, 1c green grapes

S - protein shake, 10oz mootopia, 1 serving dessert protein (chocolate coconut)

D - 2 chicken tenderloins sauteed, 10 orange cherry tomatoes

Calories - 1159
Protein - 115g, 40% of calories from protein

I'm going to try to track my food for a few days. I over-ate slightly over the holiday (I think) but I'm not totally sure by how much so I'm going to track and see how I'm doing.

You sound like my boys they were off school they had a 3 day weekend and did not want to go back today..
Ive been trying to revamp my eating.
B/f   cottage cheese and pinneapples
lunch a small chef salad with egg and turkey and cheese
dinner:  grilled chicken with veggies
snack  protein bar or shake..
I went to burger king with family and they have apple fries with carmel the carmel had 35 calories the apple fries i think were 25 but they werent bad(i dint like the carmel)...
i also tried a new snapple drink they had at krogers  its for metablism it has 10 calories and was really good.

I tried to make good choices eating this weekend but when you travel, your options are somewhat limited.  I did eat 1/2 of a double tree chocolate chip cookie.

I ate at Sweet Tomatoes two times.  Even though I wasn't able to meet my daily protein goals eating there, I def needed the fiber.  The water pills have wreaked havoc on my BMs.  Even with continuing the 100 oz of water it's not been fun.

Today is back to the grindstone with eating.
