150 Lbs GONE!

As of this morning I am down 150 pounds!!!!! I had surgery at 440 lbs and as of right now I'm at 290. I recently went shopping and I'm fitting into 24/26 pants and 22/24 tops - I haven't seen these sizes since college, which was 21 years ago!

And in spite of having my knee replaced and physical therapy - I managed to lose 10 pounds this month. I see my WLS surgeon later this month and just maybe I can be down another 10 or so.

I see the knee doctor tomorrow and hope to be released to go back to the pool - I'm hoping that I can get to the pool twice a week while doing physical therapy.
