Gym is open (Wowser) Weekend!
Hey Everyone!
I got home from work yesterday and my 26 yr old son called wanting me to take him to the doc because his abdomen was killing him...... So my exercise today will be pacing the floors at the hospital while he's having an appendectomy done......
So come on in and tell us what you're doing this weekend for exercise?
Ya'll have a great weekend!

How great that you were there to help him. Our kids may be independent, but isn't it sweet how when they are really in need they still call Mom?
Sending you and your son prayers for a speedy recovery.

Oh, yeah, my exercise. I was exhausted last night after a day a kitchen cleaning and then water aerobics and laps. But it was a good exhausted.
Today I'm going to try an exercise routine from a Chinese stick class I wanted to take. Kinda Tai Chi like, but holding a 4 foot dowel or broomstick. The class was too much for me (I'm not good at standing up for very long), but I used the tape at home. I would stop it and sit down and rest and then pick up again. I used to do this alot - in fact even broke the tape. Luckily I found a company that salvaged it and put it on a DVD. It will be interesting to see how much I can do before resting!
