I didn't care of the Oh yeah! bars I tried, but if one thing is for sure, its that protein is a VERY personal thing. People will tell me how good one is and I can't stand it, and vice versa. So weird....

Don't you just love getting back to school?  Argh!

B - Ham & cheese rollup
L - turkey & cheese sub from subway.  I discarded the top half of the bread and only ate 1/2 of the other 1/2 of the bread.
S - plum & nsa applesauce
D - chinese food.  4 boiled shrimp, chicken thigh, 3 string beans, 1 piece of broccoli
I'm stuffed.

I worked out after work tonight and was starving when I got home.  There was no waiting for anyone to cook dinner.  So we took the dive on the sodium and had chinese.

Hope your day is better tomorrow

B - MF oatmeal
S - MF smores bar
L - MF chocolate mint bar
S - MF Chocolate shake
D - Grilled chicken breast, broccoli, grape tomatoes
S -MF Chocolate pudding

A very chocolatey day. Yumm. I never saw muself as a sweets person - my poison of choice was more salt and grease, but I'm really loving the shakes & bars. I'm tempted to order some of the Champion chocolate & bananna shakes just to mix it up.
