Ok, this is has been a good week in terms of celebrating my weight loss. I am almost out of the 260s now, BMI is under 50, and I just tried on the boots I'd been waiting to fit in for a year. My friend gave them to me because they didn't fit her calves. Of course they didn't fit mine either. I try them about once a months and they zip a little higher each time (but are HUGE on my feet). Well I just tried them on and they not only zip up, they are a little big in the calves!!! This definitely makes up for buying a pair of 20/22 shorts yesterday at Target and then finding they didn't fit when I got home.
I tried to take a picture on my phone and post it here but nope.

I have never been a fan of the boot but probably because my psyche never let me be knowing they would never fit. So many things are changing about me, who knows - one day I might be right alongside you with boots zipped up and over our calves.
Good for you for all your weight loss accomplishments!!!

Yay...you'll have to stuff them with paper so they'll fit your feet! Don't wait too long to wear them or they'll be sloshing around all over the place.
Don't worry too much about Target's sizing. It runs a little small. Even the sizes are goofy. Normally its a 22/24, but no, they have to do 22/20. Weirdos!
I'm hoping to find a comfy pair of boots to take with me to NYC in December. They would be the most versatile.
