Gym is Open (Ferocious Friday) 8/22
I missed not getting any exercise yesterday, and not exercising had an unexpected consequence (see my post under Thursday's eating for details).
My plan for today is walking, walking, walking. I may go to the gym to do strength training, but my niece has hired me to type a lengthy document for her and I need it done by Saturday, so I may just work on it once I'm done with my walk.

I am heading out today for a weekend vacation with my family at the beach. So while the weather gods were against me all week and I was unable to get the water aerobics in this week, I suspect I will be getting enough in the next three days to make up for the lack of exercise this week. I weighed myself this morning just so I can compare on Monday morning. I expect there will be at least some change given that I have been stalled for a few weeks.
