NUT Visit

Hi All,

I told you I'd report after the appt.  Just got back from my nut because I have been maintaining for a year and would like to lose about 20 more pounds.

We decided to lower my calories from about 1600-1700 to 1300-1500, continue at least 30 minutes of exercise (alternating cardio and strength) 6 days a week, and do a 25% fat , 25%, carbs,  50% protein division.  That's a heck of a lot of protein grams = 180 ish but I said I'd try!

We also discussed the fact that (especially if you have lost a lot and I mean a lot of weight, that last 20-40 pounds could well be skin, tissue, and associated fluid. 

Told her I'd report back in a month.

I love my NUT!!!!
