Morning folks!

Not GOOD morning, just morning. Although its not a bad morning either. I have to go to a meeting for the student instructors this morning. Unfortunately it makes the whole fall semester starting thing seem a lot more real.

We are pretty much out of edible things, we only bought enough for a day or so at Whole Foods, so I guess I need to go to an actual grocery store. I'm out of mootopia, that's when it gets serious. I'm going to stop on the way to the university and get a small breakfast taco somewhere - egg and cheese, lots of salsa. Here's my plan for the rest of the day.

B - egg and cheese breakfast taco with as much salsa as I can get to fit inside it

S - mootopia protein shake (espresso probably)

L - out, I'm thinking share a chipotle bol with husband, then we have to shop for school supplies. Mama and Papa both need brand new bags.

S - mootopia protein shake (banana)

D - rotisserie chicken and sliced tomato with salt and pepper

If I eat all of this I should be well on my way to a high protein day!

G'day.

(Oh PS, tell me  what YOU are eating. That's the whole point of this post. I know what I'm eating, but I'm curious about you. Tell me everything about you. I want all the dirt.)

I remembered to bring the chicken to work today, so here is the plan.

B - 1/3 of a plum (first few times I ate a plum, it went down nice - but yesterday and today...not so much)
L - rotisserie chicken and nasty low carb Dannon yogurt.  Thank goodness it is the last one!

The rest of the day is fluids fluids fluids.

Here's what my menu is looking like for the day:

B: 1/2 peach

L: 1 Cheese stick (or however much I can stomach...usually 1/2), 1/2 of a plum, 1/2 of an medium avocado

D: Rotisserie chicken and 3/4 cup of spinach

Now that I can drink water without it hurting, I have been drinking nothing bu****er. Depending on what kind of day I'm having depends how much I get in..but a lot most days.

Happy Thursday! It's a beautiful day here and I'm happy to be alive!

Pre B - SF NF Brown Sugar Latte

B- ham, cheese, RF Triscuits

L - salad with steak and chicken in it (I remembered the dressing today)

D - Carino's - it's my nieces 7th birthday and that's where she picked to go, so chicken something with no pasta or a salad.

Whoa!  My day started out OK food-wise and then tanked quickly.

B: 1 EAS protein drink and 1 can Instone protein pudding.

Went to job interview, didn't feel like I did well.  Left the building and discovered that some mofo had parked his car .0001 inches away from my car door, so I had to do the mambo to get in my car (at least I'm thinner so I could actually mambo to get in the car).  Spilled coffee on my good suit.

This set me off, I'm not sure why.  I took the longer way home specifically so I could stop and get an evil pastrami burger and onion rings for lunch.  Ate all of the onion rings and half of the pastrami burger.  Then I stopped at DQ and bought two NSA Dilly Bars, which I ate for dinner.

After dinner, I ate my last Think Thin bar and a piece of really dark chocolate I bought at Sunflower Market.  That really dark chocolate is nasty and unsatisfying.

I'm alarmed that I reacted to my less-than-excellent day by eating.  I haven't done that since I was a kid.  I'm thinking I could have averted this by heading directly home and taking a long walk to burn off my aggravation instead of heading to the pastrami burger shop.  Perhaps I should have averted it sooner by heading to a nearby park and walking until I was less agitated.

Color me more aware today, and back on the horse tomorrow.
