Calorie Countdown - Wednesday, what are you eating?

Hallo.
Here's my plan.
B - espresso protein and mootopia
S - Greek yogurt with lemon and honey
L - banana protein and mootopia Edit - I had a hankering for a subway veggies and cheese sub, I ate about half of a six inch for lunch and will have half as a snack
D - ? probably spaghetti (I'll eat the meat sauce with some cheese) Edit - its going to be grilled lemon pepper chicken and sliced tomatoes
S - cantaloupe

My plan is to do the protein drinks again during the day and have a late lunch. I also plan to tighten up a bit on the after dinner snacks, and if need be, crank up my dinner calories rather than rely on snacks after dinner to keep from dropping below 1000 calories.

I ended up doing protein drinks for most of the day and a nice piece of ribeye steak for lunch. Totals: 1721 calories eaten - 520 calories expended (do I get extra credit for sore feet?
) = 1201 calories total, 201g protein.
I think that's probably too much protein, I'll be cutting back tomorrow anyway since I'm not planning to do a lot of exercise.

My plan is a plum for breakfast and rotisserie chicken and yogurt for lunch. I am still having food earlier in the day and then my liquids in the evening. It seems to work for me. I am beginning to be a firm believer that post surgery you have to take the guidelines of your surgeon and get in-tuned with your body and then find a happy medium. I am working to find my happy medium in hopes that I continue my weight loss.
UPDATE: Did I leave the chicken that I took my time preparing in perfect little portions for the next few days in the refrigerator at home? Of course I did! Argh!!!!!

Snack: 1 c. lowfat cottage cheese, 4 tbsp. SF preserves, 2 oz. blueberries, 1.5 oz. strawberries
Snack: 1 small banana
Lunch: Healthy Choice chicken w/ marinara and pasta
Snack: 6 oz. light yogurt, 1/3 c. Kellogg's AllBran buds
Snack: 1 slice whole-grain bread, 3 slices smoked turkey, 1 slice low-fat cheese
[workout #1: walking - probably at least an hour or so]
Dinner: unknown

L - Well, I brought a salad and steak and chicken to put on it but forgot dressing, ugh, so looks like it'll be shrmp and edamame soup and a banana
S - if hungry - Greek yogurt w/berries
D - turkey medalions wrapped in bacon, salad
S - banana ice cream

1/2 small chili 2 club crackers 4 saltines I think I was about to blow chunks though.
S - 1/2 oz jerky
D - Grilled chicken salad w/glazed walnuts, dried cranberries, granny smith apples and grapes some lettuce was in there too. I ate all the chicken, walnuts, and cranberries. most of the salad and 2 slices of apple. It was good. Steak and Shake has this salad.
I need to check my protein for the day. Looks as if it could be under 60 g but I'm not eating any more tonight. It's 10PM
