Its a combination of 2 thing in my opinion
1. Ketosis changes the odor of your sweat and urine, so you may be more aware of how you smell because its slightly different than before
2. For a little while after surgery many, if not MOST, patients are much much more sensitive to smells. Things that never smelled bad before suddenly will, and any kind of strong smell, good or bad, can make you sick to your stomach. I swear, I had a superman sense of smell for a while, and not just for my own BO - everyone stunk, everything stunk. My shampoo made me throw up once. Its like being pregnant or something.
So don't worry either way, your ketosis will stop eventually and your sensitive nose will calm down too. If it really bothers you, ask someone you trust if they can smell it too. Seriously though, I was utterly disgusted by the smell of my own sweat while I was in ketosis. I knew the smell because it was how diabetic animals smell, especially as they near the end... and that didn't have any good associations for me anyway!

I have read about this recently on an Australian site. It could be the vitamins you are taking they react differently with everyone. Try a different vitamin.
