Calorie Countdown - Friday, what are you eating?

Hi everyone,

I hope all is well. We decided. We are moving in with our friends at the end of September. A decision is made, yay. Now I can stop obsessing about it.

The night before last I was up until 6am thinking about it, then slept until 9. Needless to say I was tired last night, but I STILL couldn't sleep. I took an Ambien (prescribed by surgeon of a few months ago when I was having the same problem but I never took them because it cleared itself up). It worked fantastically, best nights sleep in months.

And then my jackass husband quit is job prematurely today and came back to bed. Jerk. I didn't have time to think about it though... I fell back into blissful sleep. Yay for chemically induced denial.

Here's is my plan for today

B - Protein shake with milk (the BA shakes are better than a lot of tried, but I don't know if I'd buy them)

L - Cottage cheese, fruit

S - Protein shake with milk

D - I'm not sure, something inexpensive obviously

I have no clue what I am eating today given that the last few things have made me ill, but I have to share this story with you.  I was in the eye drs office with my niece waiting for her exam.  A TV was on playing an ongoing advertisement for some product that helped with dry eyes.  Apparently one of the side effects of sleeping pills are dry eyes.  Well, in all the literalness of my 5 year old niece, she looks up at me and says - Auntie, how do pills sleep?  It took all I had not to crack up laughing at her and gently explain that the pills didn't sleep, but taking them did help you to sleep.  Reading your posts reminded me of that day and I laughed all over again!

B/F scrambled eggs and 2 tiny peices of sausage
snack 1/2 cup of the bes****ermelon ive ever had
Lunch/ cottage cheese and 2 slices of tomato
dinner/ its andys date night so we will be droppin them off at the movies so a salad with cheese eggs and turkey in it..

Glad that's over and done with Jenn, but wow what was hubby thinking? Or should I say - Was he even thinking?

I'm so glad it's Friday!!! Tomorrow I leave for a girls weekend at the beach. It was to be our 30th high school reunion but it was cancled due to lack of interest. So my girlfreinds and I decided to do something fun anyway. I booked a hotel on the beach and we have ocean front rooms.

Pre B - SF NF Brown Sugar Cinnamon latte

B - turkey bacon, tomato slices, 1 small sliver brie cheese

S - turkey jerky

L - beef curry, fruit, wonton soup

S - ?

D - friends coming over - Black Bean and Corn salad, pizza (toppings only for me), fruit

S - making protein ice cream for everyone

I'm not sure if he was thinking. He knew he was going to quit when school started, but that extra week of work money beforehand would have been helpful, especially now. I am making him sell one of his more expensive ham radios because I am pissed off. It'll make up for the lost paycheck easily. He is working online now, but it requires a few more hours to make the same amount of money.  Also he is getting some grant money and he seems to think that makes up for it. Nope. I am quite  irritated. He keeps coming in to say he loves me, like 20 times since I woke up. Great, I love you too, but you are still an idiot jackass.

Get him girl!

B - SBD Protein bar and the other 1/4 of the premier protein bar I didn't eat yesterday.  I've been not as satisfied lately with my protein bar and was able to handle the little extra today.

S - piece of provolone cheese

L - 3 oz can o'tuna, 1/4 cucumber, 8 grape tomatoes, bag of sun chips

D - Nachos...yummy!

L - 8 oz EAS Chocolate Protein w/skim milk & 1 tbsp. Torani SF Caramel Syrup

S - String Cheese

D - 2oz Chicken Breast pureed with spinach artichoke dip

S - NSA Apple Sauce
