oh that hurt

The boys and i went out doing last minute errands for school yesterday,took my 16 yr old girlfriend and got her hair trimmed and a pair of jeans,her family is having a tuff time.
But anyways my youngest wanted chinese i never know what i can eat but my hubby was due home really late so i got him some bourbon chicken and rice well he didnt get to come home  he had to stay on base.
Today the chicken was calling me and i thought id eat a couple of bites i did and got so sick,i knew better.
But when i got sick my shoulders hurt soo bad i cried ,did this happen to any of you?
They are still sore i go to the dr on the 21st and my weight loss has stopped im sure its the protein..

Chicken still remains a tough one for me. I do get the terrible shoulder pains  as well as chest pains when something gets stuck.

Best thing I've found to do is to keep moving. I find it lasts much longer if I go lie down, so instead I walk as much as possible.

So did it get stuck or was it the sugar?  I've never heard of pain between the shoulders before.  That's odd.  Hope you feel better quickly!

I agree it might have been something stuck. Hurts like a bee-otch eh?

i dont know what happened but im not eating that stuff again and im going to get dentures or implants so i can chew my food better.
