Calorie Countdown - Waistline Wednesday, what are you eating?

How are you feeding your ever-shrinking waistline? I am looking forward to seeing how many inches I've lost at my 1 year appt on Thursday!

As for food, here's the plan Stan. Its a vegetarian day.

B - 2oz cheddar, 2 servings grapes

S - 1c low-fat lemon yogurt

L - 16oz mootopia, 1 packet NSA CIB

S - 1/2c 2% cottage cheese, 1 snack size nsa peaches

D - 1 can lentil soup

My body is being really stubborn about sticking at 215-220, although I seem to have possibly lost an inch in Thigantor and Thigantorina!  My leggings are a bit baggy in the thigh and buttissimo areas.

I'll post my food later.  We had pepperoni pizza for dinner tonight and I feel too full to even think about food.  I did notice I defrosted a turkey thigh, so I will probably eat that for dinner and my sister can eat the leftover pizza.  Pizza was tasty, but too carby and bloat-inducing.

Here's my food plan for Wednesday:

Breakfast:  1 c. 1% milk in my coffee, 1 packet Quaker Weight Control Oatmeal

Snack #1:  1 c. lowfat cottage cheese, 4 tbsp. SF preserves, 2 oz. blueberries, 2 oz. strawberries

Snack #2:  black plum or a nectarine

Lunch:  bowl of chili

Snack #3:  6 oz. light yogurt, 1/3 c. AllBran Buds

Snack #4:  1 slice whole-grain bread, 3 slices smoked turkey, 1 slice low-fat cheese

[workout #1:  30-40 minutes of strength training, plus 20-30 minutes of cardio]

Dinner:  baked lemon chicken, veggie (broccoli or squash w/ mushrooms)

Snack:  either a couple SF fudgesicles or a Mike's Light Hard Lemonade

Good luck on your 1 year appt!

B - SBD protein bar
L - chinese takeout...shrimp was gross, but I did eat some chicken and beef and plantains.  Who has ever heard of plantains on a Chinese buffet?  I love them and didn't care.
D- Beef soup.  It's been raining all day here and I'm craving some homemade soup.
