I am overwhelmed with happiness for you.  298 pounds.  Sometimes with weight loss like that it is like the time my husband and I saw replicas of Columbus ships.  They were very humble and small.  Little hammaoks, Minium gear.  We were real ho hum about the whole thing.  We got home and the dawn broke.  I told my husband.  My word.  We didn't get  it.  They crossed the ocean is treacherous seas in those tiny boats and they didn't know wher ethey were going.  We are so arrogant.  298 POUNDS!!  Like those little ships, that is awe inspiring.  I have never told you this, but you have always been one of my heros.  I have always admired your strength, courage and grace.

Your plastic surgeon is brillant.  You look marvelous and it is exciting.  Kudos, Loris

thank you, loris. that's very kind of you to say. i think you are looking marvelous too!

and i'm quite delighted with my plastic surgeon. i actually had my rny done in another city, but really wanted to do plastics here at home -- that surgery/travel thing is difficult. i wasn't sure i'd find someone here at home that would have the experience to deal with my situation, but after reading someone's review of dr. randolph here on OH, i decided to see him. and it has worked out wonderfully. not only a great surgeon, but a nice guy too!

all the best to you!

Even if your plastics were funded by your 401K, it was worth it! You look great. Thanks for sharing.

Holy flurking schmidt!  You look amazing!  I could get everything pulled from my toes to my scalp and still not look that good.  Ah, to be tall!

When I win the Powerball, I'll use your plastic surgeon.

thanks! congrats on that 200 lb loss! how wonderful.

as far as my arms, they need to be done -- i'd like to do arms and breasts, but i'm afraid that's going to have to wait awhile unless some creative inspiration hits me as i'm out of money! but what i've spent so far has surely been worth it!

best of luck to you.

Thanks for sharing your pictures Deb!  You look absolutely amazing.  You are such an inspiration that a 300 lb. weight loss can happen.  My surgery center keeps telling me not to expect it - but I'm gonna keep my eye on you and not listen to them!

Keep up the great work.
