Congratulations on your 200 lb loss!!  I have at least 200 to lose myself.  I already have the bat wings hangin'...who knows how far they will hang down after I lose.   I'm 5' 6" and about 360 right now (highest was 378).    BTW, can you add me as a friend too and thank you for sharing your pictures.       Thanks!

Thankyou for sharing.  I have over 250 lbs to lose and suspect I will have the same type of skin issues.  I reckon my batwings will rival 'the flying nun' on a good breeze.  My tits will be down to my knees and you know the rest.  I started at 426lbs.  All I can say is thank god for clothes and if I can afford it plastic surgery.

You can add me as a friend if you like.  I had the sleeve, but my doctor says that if I stabalise before I have lost enough he will do a stage 2 bypass.  I am hoping I won't need too.

Congrats on the 200 lb loss! My ultimate and/or realistic goal will place me with a 200+ weight loss.  I'm down about 130 now and have begun to see some interesting things happen with my skin.  Have you decided if and/or  what kinda of ps you would get?  That whole thing scares the crap out of me.

I'm currently not a "friend" and would like to be added.  I'd love to see your progress photos.  Thanks for sharing.

Congratulations on the 200 lb. weight loss.  You've reached an incredible goal!  I have 200+ pounds to lose (closer to 300) so I found this to be very helpful to what I can expect.  I'm already starting to see some of it in my arms - but not too much yet.  It's coming though...

Thank you for sharing.  It's much appreciated.

Congratulations on your loss!!!!However I must admit; those pics scare the HELL out of me!!  (( no offense to you) I am not sure that I can handle my skin looking like that, I already have sagging, fatty skin especially my boobs (52H). Therefore I can only imagine what I will look like afterwards. I am 27 with a 4 year old and my income is low so I doubt that I would be able to pay for plastic surg anytime soon. I guess this is just another one of those "make sure this is for you" moments

Don't worry too much, Mahogany--to be honest, I've found that women of color have much better results than us pale irish types-- melanin seems to do wonders for skin elasticity for some people. Shadows and imperfections are much less noticible on darker skin.

As painful as those pictures are to look at, it's important for those of us who are over 50 BMI to realize what our years of excessive weight has done to our body.  No amount of exercise or weight loss is going to tone that skin back up and remove those stretchmarks.

it always blows my mind to hear people say that a little exercise will tighten that skin right back up.  Then I always pull up my shirt and show them the deep, cavernous, stretch marks and you can see the shock and horror in their eyes!  I exercise, for the most part, 5 days a week, and while it has helped some, the skins still hanging there.

I applaud you for your bravery and for your successes so far!
