I'm on Medicaid..and I'm worried!

I have heard some real horror stories about getting approved through medicaid for WLS! I'm through Buckeye which I heard is better, and my doctor told me to switch to Buckeye because he accepts it. Has anyone else had Buckeye and have been approved for WLS? If so, what can I expect?

I am in Wisconsin and had no problem being approved on Medicaid. I know things are different in every state. You might have better luck posting your question on the OHIO forum, they would probably have more answers for you there since Medicaid differs from state to state. Wishing you the best of luck!

If your Ohio board is like my Oregon board, sometimes it gets really quiet. You could also try to board for Insurance discussion. http://www.obesityhelp.com/forums/insurance/
