Gym is Open (Mambo Monday) 8/11

Kix, my fellow female teachers and I call those flashes our personal summers, but I like radiant moments! 

I just traded out my shoes for a new pair of Nikes also.  I have found that since my feet have shrunk, I prefer running shoes to walking shoes.  Since we walked miles, we calculated about 5-6 each morning, in Las Vegas on marble mostly, I am taking it easy this week.  Did my walking yesterday morning.
